Studio rules and fees
A few simple rules keep the studio ready for the next person. You’ll accept these when you book.
Studio rules
- Set-up and clean-up must be finished inside your booked time.
- No glitter is allowed inside the studio.
- No food or beverages anywhere except at the front desk. Event bookings follow the event food and drink policy on the Events page.
- Every renter vacuums after their session.
- Do not slide furniture on the floor. If you move something, lift it from the base.
- Reset the studio to how you found it with furniture in the correct space.
- Children may not color or eat in the studio, with the exception of infants. The hallway can be used for this.
Fees
| Arriving early or leaving late, per 15 minutes (1 to 15 minutes, 16 to 30, and so on) | $25 |
| Running into another renter’s time, per 15 minutes. This fee goes to the next renter. | $50 |
| Cleaning fee, if the studio is not cleaned as required (vacuum, mirrors wiped, furniture back in place) | $125 |
| Damage fee, if there is any damage | $250 |
